The E. Sheldon Jones collection documents the career of the Salisbury Advertiser editor, E. Sheldon Jones, and his father, I. Ernest Jones, who was the Mayor of Salisbury from 1916 to 1920. The collection includes newspaper clippings and papers related to Jones' mayoral term, financial information of both Jones', photographs dating between the 1880s and 1940s, a State of Maryland court docket from James E. Cathell dating 1880-1882, handwritten and written recipes, and internal memos from the Red Star Motor Coach Company between 1942 and 1946.

G. Marshall "Bunny" Scott collected photographic material and lived on Beckwith Avenue in Princess Anne, Maryland. These 185 negatives and glass plate negatives, collected by Scott, represent a portion of the photographs taken by Euthadius Irving Brown between 1890 and 1922. Many of the photographs depict individuals and scenes around Princess Anne and Somerset County, Maryland, as well as Washington, D.C. and the University of Maryland. Also included is an instructional pamphlet for the dry plate development process.

This collection is primarily photographs of the Heatwole Family of Salisbury. Many of the photos are of Edwina and her brother, Robert (or William) Heatwole, as children. They lived in Newtown, 616 Poplar Hill Ave., where her father had a medical practice in his home. This collection also includes the First and Final Administration and Distribution Account of Lenora C. Betts.
Embroiders' Guild of America: Chesapeake Chapter Collection

This collection consists of various documents from 1978 to 2011 pertaining to the Embroiders' Guild of America's Chesapeake Chapter. Included are photographs of embroidery pieces and various events such as annual retreat. In addition, the collection contains the chapter's periodic newsletter, "The Chesapeake Sampler," that discussed past events, a blue banner that has squares sewn on from 1981 and was put together in 1986 and a scrapbook called, "The Swans," dated 1989 that was donated by the Mid-Wessex Branch Embroiders' Guild from Salisbury, England for the Chesapeake Chapter's 10th Anniversary Exhibition. Also included are the chapter's administrative files such as their meeting minutes, bylaws, budgets, newspaper articles, memos and letters. Included are correspondence and printed materials from the national organization.
English and American Photographers' Correspondence

This collection contains the correspondence of two photographers-- an Englishman and an American--between 1939 and 1940. Also included are several photographs and negatives of England and Germany, one of which features Nazi flags behind a statue of King Wilhelm. The photographers wrote letters to and from about their love of photography, but also commented on the escalation of the Second World War. The men, who were both 27 years old, were William Rosenblohm of Mt. View, New Jersey and George Church of Barking, Essex.
