In addition there are four pages, presumably from Vogue. Cover stories include topics such as women's suffrage, Easter, World War I, color photos of the Eastern Shore and Vladimir Lenin, and fox hunting.

American Southwest Hunting Trip Photograph Album

This photograph album captures the hunting trip of five men in the American Southwest, circa 1890s. Although it is unclear who the album's creator was, the men are identified in one photograph: Bowles, Thompson, C. Garrison, M. Garrison, and W.E. Chapin. The album consists of 24 photographs, which depict the men eating and drinking by their camp, visiting towns, on their horses, and preparing for hunts.

The Bill Satterfield collection documents life in the United States from circa 1783 to 1905 and as a soldier in World War II from 1943 to 1945, although the collection dates from 1783 to 1945. This collection includes foreign currency, bonds from various railroad companies, correspondence between friends and family members, receipts of purchasing powder, a church report, a witness record for Seaborn Goodall, a labor agreement between Samuel Wayde and Nathan Lapstein, return of compensation of land to William Nathan Harper, a blank account book, two copies of The Church Quarterly Lesson Leaflet for Middle and Senior Grades, a 1906 almanac, an U.S. Army worship bulletin, a 1943 map of Naples, Italy, and The Story of the Corps of Military Police.

Diaries of the Kayser Family

The Diaries of the Kayser Family were written between 1936 and 1946 by members of the Palouse, Washington family. While it's not immediately clear which diary belonged to who, at least two (1936) diaries belonged to the daughters, Esther and Meriam. The ten diaries are dated 1936, 1936, 1938, 1939, 1940 and 1941, 1942, 1943, 1944, 1945, and 1946. Although there are some gaps in entries, most are complete and filled with details about the daily life of this family. While the family lived in a rural region, one daughter, Meriam, worked as a telephone operator. Most of the entries concern daily life and activities, but others comment on world and community affairs.

Diary of Ella Jenkins

The Diary of Ella Jenkins includes daily entries for the year 1879, as well as January 1880, that discuss daily activities, social life at church and home, and her occupation as a school teacher. Jenkins, who lived in Fulton Township within Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, wrote about the deaths and funerals of community members and recorded the full names of people with whom she associated. In the summer of 1879, she took a vacation to Cape May, New Jersey. Also included in the back of the diary are several home remedies and notes on relationships within the community.
