The Richard Hoffman Collection contains documents that reflect the time Dr. Richard Hoffman spent at Salisbury University from 1993 to 2019. He was professor of management for over 25 years and interim dean of Perdue School of Business for three years. During his time as interim dean, he oversaw the addition of a museum to the Perdue School. He gathered a small library of scholarly journals on business, management, and marketing. He also led a winter study abroad program that went to France, England, and Germany. There are photo albums documenting the study abroad trips from 1995 to 2003. Other materials in this collection are a plaque of outstanding research from Perdue School, CDs documenting the Perdue School museum and a study abroad trip, and blueprints for the Perdue School and museum built in 2011.

The collection contains plants, survey data, samples, reports, and correspondence regarding Ron Wilson and Frank Hirst, two self-taught botanists, and their work for The Nature Conservancy, a national preservationist organization, from 1978 to 2021. Also included is an extensive herbarium of native Delmarva plant species compiled by both Wilson and Hirst. The work in the collection covers botanizing throughout New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland's Eastern Shore.

The Salisbury Ephemera collection contains photographs and certificates from the City of Salisbury. The certificates are for the sister city program with Tartu, Estonia. There are two photographs, one of the Courthouse and Government Office Building in Salisbury and one of the Maryland National Guard in front of the Pentagon in 2001. There is a letter from the mayor of Oberkochen, Germany thanking the headmaster of the Salisbury school for participating in a sister school exchange with students from Ernst-Abbe Gymnasium.

The Salisbury Symphony Orchestra Collection documents the musical organization's activities since its inception in 1986 to 2021. The collection includes administrative materials, performance programs, annual reports, performance schedules, photographs of the Salisbury Symphony Orchestra (SSO), a certificate of appreciation for Dr. Thomas Elliot, and the "Road Show" binder that was used by Dr. Elliot and Lacey Robinson to promote the SSO to local businesses and solicit corporate patrons. Also included is the obituary for the SSO's founder and first conductor, Dr. Thomas Elliot.
