In 1984, this organization was created through a merger of the City Hall Museum board and the Wicomico Arts League. This collection contains 34 albums and scrapbooks of various shows, exhibits and newspaper PR produced by Eve Sweitlik of the Wicomico Arts League (now the Art Institute and Gallery).
