First World War Cookbooks

They include the Rumford Common Sense Cook Book, War-Time Cook and Health Book, and War Cook Book for American Women. Rajeswara Rao in Andra, India to Mrs. Dona Luisa Coomaraswamy in Cambridge, Massachusetts (a professional photographer known as Lotte Lamas).

Materials in the collection include trail maps, handwritten notes, printed articles, magazines, newspapers and newspaper clippings, CDs, photographs, photo negatives, correspondence, manuscript drafts, reader responses, conference notes, and Joan's tenure packet for advancement at Salisbury University. There are also photographs taken by Joan's husband, Rick, and photographs and documents related to her father's managerial involvement with the production of DDT in the 1960s.

This collection consists of nearly all of the photographs taken by the Office of Publications, including slides, negatives, prints, and CDs.
