Abstract Information about the Enslaved Person/People | Emancipate & set free all my negroes at following dates provided they shall remove & leave State of Virginia within 6 mos after they shall go free; if they do not remove & leave state in that case to become slaves to my heirs forever: Toby & Isaac (1 Jan 1840), Leah & Margaret (1 Jan 1842), Thamer & Charlotte (1 Jan 1844), Leah Church (1 Jan 1844), George & Catherine (1 Jan 1845), Tincey (1 Jan 1847), David & Lewis (1 Jan 1857), Jane (1 Jan 1860), James Harry & Mary Ann (1 Jan 1864), Marion & Rachel (1 Jan 1867), Jasper & Laura (1 Jan 1870), Newton & bennet (1 Jan 1871). The issue or children that my Negroes may have durin gthe time they may have to serve shall belong to my Estate until they arrive at age of 30 yrs old & be equally between my children.
