The Carol Loessin Maggart Collection documents Carol's experiences as a student at Salisbury State College and as a Zeta Tau Alpha sister from 1979 to 1983. Included in the collection are certificates, a scrapbook filled with ephemera from Carol's time as a student and worker at WSSC, a scrapbook dedicated to her time in the ZTA sorority, a VHS tape, a ZTA wooden paddle and cup, and her ZTA pin.

The Laurel-Thomas Young Collection mostly documents the life of "Tommy" Young from 1937 to 1948 while he was a teenager and student at State Teachers College in Salisbury. The collection includes a photograph of the 1937 Salisbury Indians, Eastern Shore League baseball team, a scrapbook of S.T.C. baseball clippings and dance cards, and two issues of The Holly Leaf. Also included is a postcard from Salisbury State University and a metal button which reads "Salisbury State Go Gulls."

The Records of the German Club and German Study Abroad Programs collection documents the history of the German Club at Salisbury University and two study abroad programs offered by the Modern Languages Department between 1980 and 2015. Included in the collection are flyers, photographs, scrapbooks, video recordings, press releases, administrative forms, notes and correspondence among other materials created by Salisbury University (previously Salisbury State College and Salisbury State University) students and the advisor of German Club, Klaudia Thompson. Two events, Oktoberfest and Immersion Weekend, are the main focus of the German Club records. In addition, there are programs, posters, itineraries, travel guides and brochures, advertisements for the program, and postcards from abroad that document a winter study abroad program and a summer study abroad program. There are additional materials related to the Modern Languages Department itself, mostly regarding German courses and events, that include correspondence and publications by or about the Department. Lastly, there is a large collection of photographs and scrapbooks documenting events held by the German Club and the study abroad trips.

In addition there are planning files and bound proceedings and abstracts from the National Conference for Undergraduate Research (NCUR) that was held at Salisbury University as well as some copies of the UNCA Journal of Undergraduate Research. There are also programs from the Salisbury University Student Research Conference (SUSRC).
