The Records of the Patricia R. Guerrieri Academic Commons​ contains blueprints, meeting notes, newspaper articles, and various correspondences surrounding the construction of the Patricia R. Guerrieri Academic Commons that range from 1998 to 2016. Plans for a new library began in 2006 with a Library Program Part I that outlined the goals of what the new library should accomplish and then finally in 2016, ten years later, the Patricia R. Guerrieri Academic Commons​ opened its doors to Salisbury University students and staff. The records include information on the design process and the various meetings through the construction from 2014 to 2016. The collection is mainly centered around the various design and construction blueprints, but also includes design catalogs, emails discussing safety measures for the building, and price bids.
