Abstract of Record Indenture between Levein D. Collier, Joseph Windsor, & James Bounds sitting as Judges of the first District Court of Somerset and Joseph C. Bush binding William Manles Johnson, 3 yo son of Biddy Johnson, free negro woman of colour who was sold by virtue of an order of the court issued 1 September 1841. William is bound to Joseph C. Bush as apprentice to learn trade of farmer until 1 August 1859 when 21 yo. At expiration of term to be given $10 or the value thereof in clothing.
