Princess Anne, Md bought old jail & erected Union Church 4 miles from town, Philadelphia district. In 1886 worked to have a higher education institution for colored youth - Princess Anne Academy at Princess Anne. Presiding Elder of the Salisbury District. Fruitland, Md, White's M.E.
