| Abstract | Bond of Obligation. William Handy is firmly bound to Angelo Atkinson, George Atkinson, Benjamin Atkinson, Betsy Atkinson, Anne Atkinson - the children of Angelo Atkinson, in the sum of 1000 pounds current money of Maryland. The condition of the bond is such that provided william Handy and Comfort Atkinson, the mother of the aforesaid children of Angelo Atkinson should marry, then Handy will allow the said Comfort Atkinson to peaceably to giving to her said children either by will or deed of gift the following Negroes and other property being: Negro boy Harry, Negro girl Esther - the daughter of Hannah, Negro girl Orne, Negro girl Esther - daughter of Dinah, and Negro girl Rhody and Negro girl Rachel. Also household goods. |
