| Abstract | For and in consideration of the sum of 38 pounds current money, Weatherly conveys and makes over to the grantees a Negro woman Denny, Negro girl Lilley, and Negro boy Milbourne provided nevertheless that shall the said Jacob pay or cause to be paid to Henry Travers the sum of 38 pounds current money with intereset for which sum the said Marshall and Alson this day hae become security for the said Travers then the bill of sale shall be voicd and of no effect.
