The Records of Communication Arts Department (CMAT) contains syllabi and records for CMAT classes from 1999-2010, as well as additional departmental documents and resources from 1981-2010 including course catalogues, policies, and reports. Additionally, there are three poster prints of artwork by Henrietta M. Snowden.
Salisbury University’s Communication Arts Department (CMAT) has provided opportunities for students to intern for businesses such as Aflac, the Baltimore Orioles, Walt Disney World, and the Washington Capitals. The Communication department prepares students for careers in human resources, training and development, education, counseling, event planning, government, and health care.
The Records of Communication Arts Department (CMAT) contains syllabi and records for CMAT classes from 1999-2010 (Series 1), as well as additional departmental documents and resources from 1981-2010 (Series 2). Documents from Series 2 include course catalogues, policies, reports, and memos from the Communications, Theatre, and Dance departments. Additionally, in the oversized folder, there are three poster prints of artwork by Henrietta M. Snowden. These large prints are: “Medic,” “Waiting To Go to War, 2001,” and “Basic Training.”
