Abstract

In 1978, Salisbury State College (now Salisbury University) offered for the first time a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. The philosophy department is now within the Fulton School of Liberal Arts. The records consist of syllabi of the Philosophy Department at Salisbury University. This collection also includes VHS recordings of Philosophy Symposiums and other events such as the Salisbury University Philosophy Jam.

Administrative History

In 1978, Salisbury State College (now Salisbury University) offered for the first time a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. The philosophy department is now within the Fulton School of Liberal Arts.

The records consist of syllabi of the Philosophy Department at Salisbury University from 1993 to 2003.  This collection also includes VHS recordings of Philosophy Symposiums and other events such as the Salisbury University Philosophy Jam.
