The material contained in Series I and II was used during the 2005 Teach American History Summer Institute, a joint venture between the Wicomico County Board of Education Department of Social Studies and the Salisbury University History Department.  Dean Kotlowski, a History Professor, was a presenter. Items were used during his lecture on Civil Rights.
