Black Individuals Mentioned in Will: to habe Negro girl Henrietta on the condition that executors shall pay the legacies and deliver the Negro girl to Samuel Travers who testator names as trustee and to hold the legacies and the annual income from the same and pay the annual sum to her from her intermarriage to her death and in the event that before she dies, she will have never married with Levi Pagan of Taylor's Island and should she not marry the said Pagan, then to have the legaies win 12 months of marrying some other man. Should she marry the said Levi Pagan, then to have $1 and no more of the estate. If Rebecca dies or marries Levi Pagan, then James and Jeremigh Edmondson (sons of testator) to receive. Will was disputed.
