Abstract | I give a lot of ground in the Pines and part of land I purchased fo Samuel E. Briscoe containing 2 acres and after his death if he has no child then to his two nephews Arthur and Eben and I give to said Jacob my mare Harriet Ann b. for his attention to my horses. The negroes to receive the land on 1/1/after my decease. They shall not sell any land without first offering to nephew Thomas A. Jacobs. |
