Louisa Virginia to be free after 1st day of January 1877 and should either Ann or Louisa Virginia have issue, thent they are to be free when arrive at age of 25 - all the above are to be sold for their respective terms by executor (James K. Saulsbury) at private sale to residents only of state of Maryland and purchasers give bond that they will not take Negroes out of state of Maryland.
