Abstract [James Burnett, by his attorney, Charles C. Carroll summoned by court to answer petition about belongings of Ann Handy who died Dec 1834 & explained circumstances]. He claims that Handy gave him notes received from sales of her property and acted as her agent. He also claimed that she gave property to her sons before her death, including negro girl Harriet, child of Sarah.
