Text The orphans court appointed John Stewart and William Tilghman to act in behalf of the orphan children of James Furniss, deceased relative to a division of the negroes. To the widow: Cudgo and Lotty; to the four orphan children: Betsy Davis Furniss, Margaret Furniss, William Furniss and Henry James Carrol Furniss: Arch, James, Milley, Anne, Milcah and Eve.
