Text Orphans Court appointed Andrew Adams and John Landreth as appraisers to view and report on the real estate of Littleton Bayly, Stephen Bayley, Obed Bayley and Polly Bayley, orphans in the care of Thomas Fooks, their guardian. 14 Aug 1806 appraisers report there is a negro Dover, age 58 or 60, George 25, Nelly aged 21, and two young children, one dwelling house 20 by 16 covered with clap boards with two brick chimneys, one old kitchen 15 feet square, one smoke house of round logs 8 feet square, one old barn round logs or poles 20 by 15, one milk house, one born house, 40 acres woodland and 80 acres under cultivation, 110 apple trees and 196 peach trees, the value of all L22.10.
