Text Orphans Court appointed George James and James Anderson, appraisers to report on the real estate of Elizabeth Carey, orphan in the care of Luezar Denwood, guardian. 3 May 1806 appraisers report one negro Fann (deformed by having her foot burnt), half a dwelling hosue, smoke house, kitchen, born house, old and all in bad repair, 40 acres of woodland badly timbered and 58 acres of cleared land, 10 acres of marsh, about 50 bearing apple trees, annual value of the whole $30.
