Boley by her Indenture of Mortgage 5 Jan 1854 recorded Liber FJH no. 2 folios 84 & 85 of Chattel Records of Dorchester for $500 conveyed to Creighton Negro man Joseph Boley, slave for life. Whereas Creighton issues this as full release of slave Joseph and the mortgage debt from Boley.
