Wright to Stewart & Maguire, adminstrators of Henry Maguire for Negro woman Sarah 31 yo; to serve until 45 yo having then to serve 14 years from this date when she is entitled to her freedom according to will of Henry Maguire. Also infant child John of said Sarah 10 mos to serve until 45 yo, having served term of 44 years & 2 mos & then entitled to his freedom. Also Negro boy Richard, son of said Sarah, now 10 yrs & 8 mos old to serve until 45 yo having served term of 44 yrs & some mos when entitled to freedom. Negro boy Dale 4 yo & 1 mos, son of Sarah, to serve until 45 yo, having served 40 yrs & 11 mos when entitled to freedom. Negro girl Harriet 7 yo & 5 mos, daughter of Sarah & slave for life; & as such sold. Signed 29 Sep 1854.
