Stewaart, acting administrator of Henry Maguire, deceased, for Negro woman Phebe 30 yo to serve as slave until she is 45 yo and then to be free, as per will of Maguire. Also girl Rebecca 2 yo to serve as slave for life,boy Anthony 4 yo to serve until 45 yo, then to to free per will of Maguire, girl Emily 2 mos old to serve until 45 yo & then to be free per will of Maguire. All were slaves for life to Maguire, buy by his will he freed at age of 45 except Rebecca. Signed 31 Aug 1854.
