Transaction Abstract Leah Pinder, free colored woman, manumits the following Negroes: Aaron Pinder, Emory Pinder, & Mary Daskins, the children of Leah Pinder; all to be free when they are 21 yo. Also children of her daughter Mary Daskins: Dennison Daskins 7 yo to be free when 21 yo, Levin Daskins 2 yo to be free when 21 yo, Emily Daskins 5 yo to be free when 18 yo & Leah Jane Daskins 1 yo to be free when 18 yo. Should either one named above have children during their time of servitude they are manumitted & to be free from birth. The above name Negroes were devised to Leah Pinder by the will of Mary Hutson. Signed 19 Jun 1852.
