Charges: Still Pond, Denton; Church Creek; Salisbury Circuit, Fruitland, Wilimington, Royal Oak, Newport, Townsend, Church Hill, Mardela Springs, South Berlin, Dover Circuit, Sassafras, Barclay, Wetipquin. Retired in 1917.
Family and Other Information Parents: John & Rebeccah Lowber Spouse: Edith M. Anderson - 7 children: Olivia, Mae, Oscar, Bertha, Addie, Lilian & Aldina; 5 predeceased him. Survived by wife & 2 children.
