Family and Other Information Parents: John S. & Harriet L. Waters Spouse: Mary Lavinia Cowper of Baltimore, Md, died 1914. children: Alonzo S. Waters, Mrs. J. S. Coulbourn & Mrs. D. H. Hargis. 2nd spouse: Miss Sarah Margaret Robertson 2 brothers & 3 sisters survive him
