He served in Wattsville, Va. and built a church. Charges: Chincoteague, Parsonsburg, Vienna, Camp May Circuit, Salem Circuit. Wittman, Greensboro, Rossville, N.Y. Superannuated status in 1902. Founded church in the Bronx. Returned to service: Snow Hill Circuit & the Conference; was retired in 1907.
Family and Other Information Parents: Rev. Stephen Amos & his wife Margaret. Spouse: Catherine M. Allen md 1/27/1886 in Frankfort, Kentucky, the bride's home. 3 children: Charles Albert, Mildred E. & Raymond Theophilus. Survived by wife, & children Charles Albert & Raymond Theophilus Amos.
