Mary Pool for 4100 to her in hand paid & receipt acknowledged by Mary Pool sold & delivered to Daniel Esham a tract of land approx 18 acres bounded on south by Land of Elizabeth Harmanson widow of Mathew Harmanson decd. and on West by Land of Bridget, emancipated by Nanny who was emancipated by Adah Kendall.
