Abstract | The whole of my estate except my Negroes to be sold⦠. To wife the remainder of my estate & the whole of my Negroes until they shall be free, the respective period known by reference to a Deed of Emancipation, except Negroes as I may fall heir to in right of my wife.... . Also the Negroes which I may fall heir to of the above estate, if over the age of 25, should have a choice either to go free or remain with my wife so that they could become free without leaving the state. When son George becomes of age he has access to estate over and above needed to support wife, children and their education. in case of wife's death or marriage before George is lawful age. All the profits from the time of service of my Negroes shall go to my daughters. |
