Abstract For 5 pounds and for the consideration of Negro Isaac (as willed by Mary Selby: after the decease of Zado, to his son Micajah Selby), three parcels of land being the land that Zadok Selby purchased of Nehemiah Tarr by deed dated 13 October 1786 containing 117 acres and two other parcels called "Shassberry" and "Offil Swamp" and the part of "Shassberry" that Zadok purchased of Sarah Tarr and Isreal Tarr by deed dated 5 March 1790 containing 19 acres and also parcel of land called "Addition to Ofil Swamp" which was surveyed and granted to Zadock Selby for 120 acres according to the certiicate dated 10 October 1787.
