Abstract For and in consideration of the yearly rents and covenants hereafter mentioned, Abbett leases and rents to Moore all that piece or parcel of ground lying and being on the west side of the main street leading from the Town of Cambridge to the Cross Roads beginning at a sassafras post standing on the side of the said street and now being a corner of a lot of ground the said Abbett leased to Negro Ned and thence...to the beginning and to have and hold from the 1st of January 1801 and for the full term of 99 years from thence and to be renewable yearly and every year on the 1st of January during the said term and the yearly rent to be 4 pounds 10 shillings and the said Hannable agrees and covenants that he will well and truly pay the sum.
