Abstract Manumission. For diverse good causes Ezekial Johnson hereby manumits and sets free the following Negroes being Negro man Sam to be free on the 30th of May 1802, Negro woman Suckey to be free on the 6th day of August 1808 and all her issue she may have prior to the time of her freedom to be free when they arrive at the age of 25 if males and 21 if females, also Negro girl Rose she being born the 26th of July 1792 to be free when she arrives at the age of 21 and Negro boy Manuel now aged 4 and 6 months to be free when he arrives at the age of 25, 1 Negro girl Lilley who is now 2 years old to be free when she arrives at the age of 21 and the said Bennett frees the above Negroes when they reach the expiration of the above times mentioned.
