Willliam Brewington "being conscious the practice of holding human beings in perpetual slavery is contrary to the law of God and the unalienable rights of man for these causes and other weighty considerations" free the following Negroes: Negro George to be free on 1 Jan 1799; Negro Harry to be free on 1 Jan 1805.
