Abstract lot near the southwestern line of the Town of Cambrdige, fronting on Back or Pine Street, on teh western side of the street opposite the said Brown's house and lot which he purchased from Thomas Lockerman February 11, 1826;, being part of "Nevitt's Double Purchase" purchased by Samuel W. LeCompte from Thomas J. H. Eccleston and wife September 11, 1838, beginning nearly opposite the houe where Edward Kiah lives.
