Abstract

These 28 glass lantern slides were created as educational tools by the Keystone View Company. Each photographic transparency depicts areas throughout the Caribbean and South America sometime around 1915, given that the completed Panama Canal is featured in several slides. Other countries shown in the slides include Martinique, Venezuela, and Jamaica.
