Abstract

Newport Farms records document the environmental activities of the Newport Farms in Berlin, Maryland in 2011. Documenting materials include a compact disc entitled "Images of Nature", as well as the farm's "Ecological Assessment Report" from September 2011.

Administrative History

Newport Farms is a privately-owned company in Berlin, Maryland. More than 100 species of conservation concern have been found on the property, including birds, reptiles, and plants. The site encompasses nearly ten percent of the Newport Bay watershed.
