Abstract

This collection contains genealogical research tracing the Ellis family line back to 1804. There are also photocopies of wills, land grants, and census research dating back to the mid-1700s. While a majority of the collection is genealogical information on the Ellis family, there are also magazines from the University of Maryland dating back to 1930. Included also is a hardback book commemorating the 50th anniversary of the 390th Bomb Group with Robert L Vincent’s name printed on the front cover

Biographical History

This collection has research collected over the years on the Ellis family. Robert Vincent, a former Dorchester teacher, conducted much of the research. There are also magazines from the University of Maryland included.
