This collection contains various cookbooks from individuals or organizations from the Delmarva Peninsula. Included are a compilation of weekly recipes in the Salisbury Daily Times newspaper, gathered from July 1980 to June 1981, entitled A Year at...Peyton's Place, Plate Offerings: A Cookbook from Old Trinity Church (Church Creek, MD) and the Cookbook of Mary Ann Hillman Shivers (ca. 1870s).
