Abstract

Series of transcriptions created by Dr. G. Ray Thompson in 2004 from original Reddish family records including correspondence from John Reddish while he is in Indiana to his parents in Salisbury, Worcester County, Maryland. Additional transcriptions include Reddish family wills and land deeds, 1772-1853

Biographical History

John F. Reddish (1835-1913), was married to Hester A. Reddish (1847-1907); they had three children, William, Ella, and Mayhew.  Reddish was a truck farmer, who grew vegetable crops for large-scale shipments to regional markets.
