The photographic prints from Rev. B.B. Parker were loaned to the Nabb Research Center for copying by Mrs. Betty Insley Littleton, 1984. Mrs. Littleton retained the original glass plate negatives. Photographic work performed by Mary McNally.

Abstract

The collection of photographic prints created by Rev. B.G. Parker from Western Wicomico County, Maryland depict children, families, buildings, and schools throughout the aforementioned region circa 1890-1900.

Biographical History

Benjamin Griffith Parker, a retired Baptist Minister took a job as a photographer at a local newspaper around 1900.
