Abstract

Photostatic copy of the Map of Virginia and Maryland Sold by Thomas Bassett in Fleetstreet and Richard Chiswell in St. Paul's Churchyard, produced by Francis Lamb in 1676. The map depicts seventeenth-century Virginia, Maryland, and part of New Jersey. The title piece is visible in the upper right with a cartouche featuring angelic figures.
