Abstract

1756 Land patent documenting the transaction of land for 913 acres known as The Neighborhood, located in Somerset County, Maryland, on the southeast side of the Nanticoke River and bounded on the North side of Baron Creek. The patent notes the exchange of land from John Huffington to his son upon his death, to his son, W. John Huffington.
