Campbell's Soup Company opened a manufacturing plant in Salisbury, Maryland in 1946, after the company purchased the Phillips Brothers Canning Plant. Here, Campbell's canned Tomato Juice and Tomato Soup, also packed brined diced peppers and celery. The Campbell's Salisbury Plant Memories was produced at the end of the company's production to commemorate the 47 years of production on the Eastern Shore. The booklet features a brief history of the Campbell's Soup Company's production history in Salisbury and Pocomoke. Furthermore, the booklet features long-standing employees who dedicated their life to Campbell's.
