This collection contains seven postcards. Six of them contain various images of Delmarva that include Main Street in Nanticoke, Maryland, strawberry crates being unloaded in Roaring Point, and a steamboat docking in Roaring Point. These post cards all contain the text "Published by the Country Store, Roaring Pt., Maryland" on the front. The seventh postcard is a picture of Peninsula General Hospital, Salisbury, Maryland. It is addressed to Ms. Denalah Phillips.

The Howard and Marvin E. Cox Ledger and Journal contains detailed handwritten vital information on individuals in Nanticoke and other Wicomico County communities, in addition to narratives recorded by Howard and Marvin Cox. Included are records listing marriages (1865-1979) and deaths (1838-1982) with a separate section for African American deaths (1898-1980). At the end of the ledger is a journal written by Marvin Cox from 1918 to 1964 describing the oyster and construction business in the community, including the meeting minutes of the Willing Workers of Nanticoke. The entire ledger is transcribed and attached to the finding aid.

This collection consists of assorted local paper ephemera from 1852 to 1990. Most of the items originated from the George Bounds & Company of Hebron, the J. H. Farlow & Brother of Salisbury and the Wimbrow & Company of Whaleyville and William and Edwin Sirman. Included are cannery tokens from the Harold B. Kennerly & Son in Nanticoke, Maryland. Also included are over 925 postcards of Salisbury from the 19th to the 21st century arranged by subject.
