| Abstract | For the sum of 5 shillings current money of Maryladn and for the natural love and affection that Young for his wife Mary, the granotr conveys to Bayley part of two tracts of land called "R---ting Choice" and the other "Adventure" lying beside the Pocomoke river about two miles below Steven's Ferry being the lands whereon the grantor now lives cont. 100 acres and being all that part of the tracts that came to the grantor by virtue of his marriage with Mary Pitts, his wife, and also all the right title, and interest to the property that the grantor has along with one Negro man Henry. The property is to be that of the grantor's wife for her natural life and then to their son Bayley and Bayley is to convey the property and Negro Henry to grantor's daughter Nancy Young. |
