Abstract Deposition taken at Snow Hill Town on 7 Apri 1868 to be read as evidence in a suit between Benjamin Purnell plaintiff and John Ayres defendant. The deposition seems to be about deer hunting and one of the people mentioned was Negro fellow in the neck near Benjamin Purnell's and they were questioned. The Negro is not named.
